Up for sale is my 1989 Ford Mustang LX Coupe also known as a Notchback. The odometer is showing 98k miles, but I have no idea if it is original miles or not. The miles might slightly increase before the auctions end as I plan on cruising it around as long as the weather is decent. It is an absolutely beautiful Fox Body Mustang. I have the clean & clear notorized Ohio title in hand and it is ready for a new owner. I will completely describe this car below so please read everything, look at all pictures & movies, and feel free to ask any questions that you may have. The body is very straight and beautiful. The frame & floorpans look solid. When I first got this car, it was maroon which was its factory color. The paint was dull and it needed repainted. I had it repainted 1 week ago with a 1-stage base/clear jet black paint job. There was many hours of wet sanding and buffing on this car to give it a very deep shine. The door jambs were also painted, but the engine bay & trunk jamb was not. I will give the buyer more then enough extra paint to do the engine bay & trunk jamb… The windows, headlights, & tail lights are also tinted. It has a bolt-on Mach 3 fiberglass hood that also has pins for extra safety. This fox body coupe is very stealthy looking. It sports a set of weld racing rims in good condition. The tires have 60%+ tread left on them… All of the glass is crack free! The hood, doors, and trunk open & close good and you do NOT have to slam them. All of the exterior lights work great including the license plate light etc…The headlights & tail lights still glow bright enough that you can see them clearly. I have the original maroon flat hood in good condition that will go with the sale if the buyer wants it. I am very picky and like to point EVERYTHING out….With this said, this car is not 110% perfect. But, overall, the body on this 89′ Notchback is beautiful. I have every imaginable picture of this car in detail below.
